23 June 2007 On the Eddy and visiting the remains of the Kinzua Bridge
I didn't include the bridge photos at first. This was our second trip to the area since the bridge was destroyed by a tornado. It is a shame to see the PA state parks let this park die. If they had restored the bridge, it might still be intact. If they stabilized the remians of the bridge and cleaned the park, the visitors would return. As it is now the local village is dying very quickly and this park is a ghost town. This place has so many happy memories for me....
