There are few caches I anticipate. This was one. The cache is located near the Mid-State Trail and is supposed to have great views. I have tried for this cache twice before. Both times I arrived too late to start the journey. This afternoon we were heading to Carlisle before vacation. It was perfect. We found the suggested parking. We made our way to the Mid-State access area. When we reached the bridge, our journey ended. It appears that the permission which had been granted for access across the bridge across Yellow Creek has been revoked. It was too late for us to take the long way in from another MST access point so this elusive cache remains unfound by us for yet another day.
