If the weather is warm, the Cherry Run area of the NCT is very popular for campers. We've been working through finding caches placed for a Geotrail on the Warren County section of the North Country Trail since 2011. We decided to take advantage of the snow to visit this portion of the trail before the campers arrived.

We were hoping to walk longer, but Lizzie started picking up her paws and was struggling with ice in her pads. We made one more stop for a parking lot hide. Near the entrance to the parking area there was a carved sign for Jugglestone. There are a few historical bits of news on line for Jugglestone Camp which appeared to be a popular destination in the 1930's.
