Ali was still working in the area so we met at Tinker's Creek for a walk at the Nature Preserve. It was the first time we had been here. We started our walk by heading to a viewing platform that was supposed to provide a view of an eagle's nest. The distance across the wetlands made seeing anything nearly impossible, but the downed nest very near the platform was a bit odd. It was a good walk for lunchtime, and a place where I would return.
