On our way to the prairie preserves we stopped to find a cache at this bridge. The bridge was built in 1914 and is nearing 100 years of service. The bridge's craftsmanship is wonderful. Too bad we need to import our bridges from China now.
We were hoping the prairie dock would be in bloom, but it was too early. The other flowers were great.
There are often many hummingbirds buzzing in the wildflowers.
We enjoyed a visit to rhe 1873 Bigelow Bridge and a cache find.
