27 May 2007 Tanbark Trail and Lost Lake
It was a wet day on the trails. It's a tradition for us to hike Tanbark over the Memorial Day weekend to look for painted trilliums. We had hiked from 62 to a quarter mile from Sandstone Springs when we heard the thunder. Armed with rain gear we made our way back to 62. Once the thunder stopped, we made our way over to the State Game Lands near Hearts Content and hiked to Lost Lake. We grabbed three caches on the way.
