16 February 2019 Wolf Run

We were happy to be in Pennsylvania with the dogs after our return from Florida.  We were determined to walk a bit a find a few caches.  There were a few near Wolf Run by the Kinzua Reservoir.  It seemed a good time to search for these as the parking is along the road to the marina.  They are much better finds when there is no water or restaurant traffic.  All went well on the way out and for a couple finds.  I was being too confident and found a patch of ice.  It was a hard, fast landing on the ice.  Luckily there seemed to be no lasting damage.

Lizzie loves cold weather.  She isn't the greatest fan of snow.  Aussies tend to build ice chunks in their pads.  We are always careful with her on days when the snow is deep.

We stopped at the overlook by the reservoir on the way home.  The weather won and we returned back to the warmth of home.
