Our last visit to Pennsylvania ended on the Ides of March. We were ecstatic to hear it was possible to once again visit a place we love. We packed the dogs and made the drive for the weekend. After hugging a few trees at the house, we grabbed or face masks and headed off to the Allegheny National Forest for a hike. We missed many of the spring wildflowers, but there were still plenty to make us smile.
