It's hard to remain socially distanced on a boardwalk. Woods trails are easy. Confined trails are not so much. We were covering the trails this evening at Metzenbaum Park and were hoping to see summer wildflowers including cardinal in bloom. We were a little early for the cardinal, but stopped to see the ongoing change caused in the stream by the restoration project. Six years from planning to finish the stream has had a year to begin its transformation.
