For most of the four seasons, a Pennsylvania Gameland is a wonderland. When one enters, you never know what you might spot on the hike.
The oxeye daisies were popular today with the wildlife.
Hawkweed is considered an invasive, but from areas we hike it coexists with native species like blue-eyed grass and oxeye daisy. It's unique color adds a different part to the wildflower spectrum. It is supposedly edible.
