14 January 2024 Feeding the Birds on a Frigid Day

When the days are the coldest, birds can use the extra nutrition from backyard feeding areas. This has been an ongoing activity for us with years of bird sightings as our reward.

I wasn't certain about the upside down suet feeder, but the woodpeckers appear to use it.
