The travel gods were on my side. I needed to be in San Antonio for an opening reception in the evening and a talk in the morning. I had two possible windows for arrival, noon and late afternoon. I don't trust airlines and their schedules so I opted for noon. Amazingly, my flights were on time! That meant I had a chance to grab my gps and camera and go exploring. I walked a long stretch of the Riverwalk and popped out in areas to explore. It was warm. It was sunny. Ahhhhhhh.....
