It was a hot day to be on the trail so we packed extra water before heading to Girdled Road with the dogs. The fields on the way to the woods were busy with butterflies and bees working the wildflowers.
The woods gave some shade from the sun while hunted a few geocaches and stopped to see some interesting fungus.
Phineas was a happy baby on the trail.
