25 November 2018 Failed Geocache Hunt

Thanksgiving holidays have covered a whole spectrum of weather for us.  We've had holidays with near spring weather and holidays with intense snow or cold.  We usually get out for an extended weekend of fun.  This year we spent Black Friday with a fun, snowy hike in the ANF.  We thought we would go out today and hunt caches in the forest again.  The weather was okay, but the roads were an icy mess.  The ice and mud makes the roads terrible for driving.  We stopped to look for one hide after a long drive on the icy dirt roads.  When we missed that find, we decided to navigate our path back on the hilly icy roads rather than continuing on to our planned destination.
