We decided to take the dogs for a walk on the Portage Hike and Bike Trail. We expected some other people on the trails today, but not the huge crowd. COVID seemed to have everyone out walking with no ability to judge six feet distancing. We seemed to be constantly leaving the trail for the edge of the woods as a group or family wandered aimlessly along.
The water was high today. The picnic table was not going to be seeing any use.
The turtles seemed rather non-bothered by the high, fast-flowing water.
The owner's of these eggs (I think geese) were not going to be so lucky.
Coltsfoot was in bloom along the shore areas where flooding was minimal.
