8 October 2008 Walking Around Baltimore
For those who remember Bromo Seltzer, this is the Bromo Seltzer Tower.
Ah, Frank and Brooks Robinson, Dave McNally, Jim Palmer, Boog Powell, Mike Cuellar, Paul Blair... The Orioles were the team of my youth, It drove my Cleveland Indians family crazy.
Baltimore's Own George Herman Ruth
The smells in Lexington Market were amazing. This was some of the best looking fish I've ever seen. There was so much great food there. Some days I wish I could eat like a normal person...
The panels around the windows are granite. This building is on a street leading away from the Lexington Market. It seems like you can buy anything here from someone walking down the street or standing on the corner, including books and $2.50 dvd's. The guy walking down the street selling women's underwear was a little un-nerving.
This strange little egg art is at a place called Shot Tower Park. There's a cache here and seven Waymarks. There's also a few dozen people who appear to call this home. It's been a long time since I lived this close to the streets. Sometimes it's important to remember how lucky we are.
