4 June 2014 Caching Schoaf Park
I found Schoaf's Park during the winter, but a lack of daylight and an adversion to the cold made it a planned warm weather visit for one of my trips. Tonight it was my destination. This became my second favorite location in the Fort Wayne area for hiking and caching. There were plenty of trails and well done caches. My journey was a little strange at the beginning. I took a path which took me to a place which appeared to be a maintenance area. It was home to all those things which were no longer in use at the park.
I was able to capture a poor image of an indigo bunting. The beautiful bird deserved better than my image, but it is an indigo bunting so any spotting is a memorable one.
